My review of Brian McLaren's A Generous Orthodoxy has been one of the "spotlight reviews" forever now... The interesting thing is that a couple of months ago, as the heat on Brian started getting turned up, a bunch of negative votes for my review started registering.
People were voting "no" on my review simply because they didn't like what the book said, as opposed to my review being "helpful" or not.
So...
It's on.
Please vote "YES" for my review of A Generous Orthodoxy.
And no... this has absolutely nothing to do with my publically stated desire to be a top 1000 reviewer on Amazon. Nothing at all. Nope.
(I'm 7331 right now... up from in the 300,000's!)

hey, just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not after you, right? ;)
But I can never remember which of your reviews I've already voted on and which I haven't....
That's one of my pet peeves when you look at a good review and see that it's gotten a lot of "unhelpful" votes when it's obvious people are just voting that way because they didn't agree with the reviewer.
