Bob in Seattle
I'll be taking part as a tour guide in the next Church of the Apostles Learning Party.
It's being held at the Fremont Abbey/Church of the Apostles, Saturday Sept 17th. It's an all day event, including lunch, very inexpensive, and should be a great day of dialogue about what God is doing in, to and through the emerging church.
It looks like it will be me, Karen, Rachelle, and Eugene.

I'm particularly excited to see what relationships can develop between evergreen and our slightly "older" siblings in Seattle. I think Church of the Apostles is living "missional community" in an incredible way in the Fremont area, and I'd love to see evergreen follow in their footsteps here in the PDX area. I'm excited that Karen is coming down to Porkloin for the weekend, staying at one of our community houses and coming to our gathering on Sunday. I hope to get her back to speak/lead some sunday soon...
